Dals Learning is registered digital publishing firm in Kenya. We provide interactive digital content aligned with the CBC curriculum. Our content is curated and approved by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) for use in schools.
This Privacy Policy describes Dals Learning’s privacy practices in relation to information that is provided to us and by the users as part of the normal usage of our android app.
Dals Learning adheres to strict privacy of the information collected, use and disclosure policy and does not allow the sharing of this information to third parties.

Personal Information.What we mean by Personal Information is the information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.
Dals Learning does not collect any information for its own use. Our data protection policies do not allow us to share any personal information with other parties. Personal information is provided by the user for purposes of accessing the content within the app. The data collected is used to create valid licenses for content access and to manage the subscriptions depending on the validity of the subscriptions.

- Google Analytics: - Google Analytics is an analytics service used to help analyze your use of our application, main domain and subdomains and allow us to improve communication. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our application. Google Analytics does not share your information with any other third parties.
- Google Firebase: - We use firebase to track the usage of our applications

Dals Learning commits to protect the online privacy of all your school community members, including learners, parents, teachers, and administrators. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and “hacker-proof,”. As such Dals Learning will try to its level best to ensure your data is safeguarded at all times. We also provide you with assurance that the third-party sites we are using are verified, tested and trusted platforms that ensure full data protection.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.
